MUGI, Microsoft User Group Indonesia, held an event in UNIKOM (Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Bandung). They also invite Agate to speaks to encourage them to enter game industry. The UNIKOM itself sounds familiar because of their award winning international robotic team.

We have two representations from Agate, Arif and Estrada.  The speech itself filled up with several familiar friends of us. Such as UNIKOM Microsoft Student Partner, and Ronald Rajagukguk our friends at college.

In this speech agate present the history of our first game, twilight altercation. An AAA Games that we want to built without any skill, market knowledge, or even financial capital. Still clear for us to remember how bunch of students college like us have straightforward idea to create such a big games. :)

Starting with the introduction, we introduce game industry to our friends at STIMIK. Surprisingly there are a lot of gamer, but not much of them who know how to create their dreams and visualize it to build an awesome game.

Then, another sections we start to explain about world  game industry to them they seems interested. Even several of them already have some questions. Then, we start to code and demonstrate how to make games in front of them. The live coding itself presented by shieny, one of silverlight experts in agate teams.

When we close the presentation, they have a lot of questions about game industry, especially about marketing their games and how to create games for free without paying any license. Hm,, another great day to encourage people to enter game industry… :)
